Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreement or agreements for the purpose of exchanging data with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, and will incur no cost. 

Section 2.        The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
