Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with Community Based Organizations for community and economic development for planning assistance in various neighborhoods in the City and providing operating support for these groups, and provide for the payment at a cost thereof, at a cost not to exceed $700,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
Community-Based Organizations $700,000.00

Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
