Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Crafton Borough in connection with the paving of Ingram Avenue between Duncan Avenue and Steuben Street and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, by the Borough to the City, the costs associated with the paving of the Borough’s portion of Ingram Avenue between Duncan Avenue and Steuben Street. The estimated cost of preparation and completion of work Thirty Two-Thousand Two-Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars ($32,249.00). Funds received to be deposited into the Bituminous Paving Program Fund, JDE Job #6090000319 Account 43141, Fund 40119, Budget Year 2019.
