Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and /or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities on behalf of residents of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $1,150,000, chargeable and payable from the listed code accounts of the 2019 Community Development Block Grant program.
