Title
Resolution approving an Execution of a Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land by and between the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and Northside Properties R&S LLC, or an entity to be formed, for the Sale of Block 22-C, Lot 109, Block 22-G, Lot 194, and Block 22-H, Lots 41A, 42, 43, 51, 184 and 185, in the 21st and 25th Wards of the City of Pittsburgh - Council District No. 6 (Side Yards/Accessory Uses - 1016 Morrison Avenue, 903, 929, 949 Lysle Street, 921 California Avenue and Brighton Place).

Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 393, approved September 15, 1967, and in the manner prescribed by the Urban Redevelopment Law, 35 P.S. ? 1701 et. seq., as amended, the Residential Land Reserve Fund Cooperation Agreement was approved; and

WHEREAS, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh has requested authorization to execute a Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land by and between the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and Northside Properties R&S LLC, or an entity to be formed, for the Sale of Block 22-C, Lot 109, Block 22-G, Lot 194, and Block 22-H, Lots 41A, 42, 43, 51, 184 and 185, said properties being in the 21st and 25th Wards of the City of Pittsburgh; and

WHEREAS, these properties have been acquired by monies from the Residential Land Reserve Fund; and

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh believes that the proposed conveyance is in the best interest of the City of Pittsburgh and desires to give its approval in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law.


Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That execution of a Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land by and between the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and Northside Properties R&S LLC, or an entity to be formed, for the Sale of Block 22-C, Lot 109, Block 22-G, Lot 194, and Block 22-H, Lots 41A, 42, 43, 51, 184 and 185, for $4,000.00 in the 21st and 25th Wards of the City of Pittsburg...
