Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City, are authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in order for the City to receive Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to support a beautification project of artist-designed and City-owned curb extensions on Broadway Avenue in the Beechview neighborhood as part of a greater streetscaping project occurring at this location. Funds received from the URA will be deposited into the following Grants account: 6029400284.50000.00. For the Cooperation Agreement, the City is authorized to appropriate Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) from the streetscaping account: 4026748617.54207.00, in support of this project.

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, subject to the terms and conditions of a lawfully initiated RFP, not to exceed the total of Sixty Thousand ($60,000) dollars, for the artist, designer, or creative collectives (the “Artist”) fees for design, fabrication and installation of City-owned art in the Broadway Avenue streetscaping project, payable from the accounts listed below:
