Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with the CREATE Lab at Carnegie Mellon University to develop an interactive mapping tool utilizing local housing data regarding discrimination, displacement, eviction, and gentrification to help provide evidence for systemic and complex housing complaints, and to better coordinate outreach efforts with local advocacy agencies, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following account:

 

Commission Operations - Fair Housing                                          $20,000.00
