Resolution naming the Basketball court located at the Olympia Park as the Bill Masucci Basketball Court.

Whereas, Bill Masucci was a loving husband and father for many years; and,
Whereas, Bill Masucci spent countless hours coaching and mentoring youth on the game Basketball and sharing his love for the game and,
Whereas, Bill took great pride in Mt Washington and Olympia Park and was often seen cleaning and maintaining the park. And,
Whereas, naming the Court the Bill Masucci Basketball Court would only be a small token of appreciation for the many years of service that Bill provided to his neighbors, his community and this City.
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of Public Works are hereby authorized and directed to name the Basketball Court located at the Olympia Park in Mt Washington, the Bill Masucci Basketball Court, effective July 1, 2019.
