Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Fifty Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($52,500.00) in favor of Jennifer Batten and her attorneys, Stewart, Murray & Associates Law Group, 437 Grant Street, Suite 600, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D 14-017156 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2019.
