Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in order to receive a grant award in the amount of SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($67,500.00) dollars for the purpose of purchasing nine electric vehicles to be added to the City's fleet. Supplemental funding for the purchase of the sedans is identified in the 201 9 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget (JDE 8458990119). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400280.45505.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts not to exceed SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($67,500.00) dollars for the purpose of purchasing nine electric vehicles to be added to the City's fleet under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Supplemental funding for the purchase of the sedans is identified in the 2019 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget (JDE 8458990119).
Costs are chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400280.50000.00.
