Title

Resolution amending Resolution No. 650 of 2018 to reallocate funding previously assigned to another agreement and to further authorize the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter into a new Agreement or Agreements with Studio Bryan Hanes, LLC, for consulting services pertaining to the Sheraden Park Master Plan.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  This Resolution hereby amends Resolution No. 650 of 2018, effective September 28^th, 2018, by removing the allocation of an extra Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) at such time to amend an existing agreement relating to services to be performed for the South Side Park Master Plan. 

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Studio Bryan Hanes, LLC, for consulting services to complete all work pertaining to the Sheraden Park Master Plan in an amount not to exceed Eighty-Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00).

Section 3.  Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.

Section 4.  Funding used for the Agreement or Agreements with Studio Bryan Hanes, LLC in furtherance of the Sheraden Park Master Plan process will be chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
