Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with a consultant, Eileen Papale, as a sole source to provide instruction to new staff of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure at a cost not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) payable from Account Code:11101.54.54205.600000.2019 $15,000.00, Item number 22222-30.
