Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Pfaffman and Associates for Historic Preservation Architect Consultation Services for the Oliver Bath House at 38 S 10th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, at a not to exceed amount of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE DOLLARS ($44,990.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Pfaffman and Associates for Historic Preservation Architect Consultation Services for the Oliver Bath House at 38 S 10th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, for the not to exceed amount of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE DOLLARS ($44,990.00). The Oliver Bath House is nominated for the National Register of Historic Places, and Pfaffman and Associates will be conducting a historic character and building condition assessment and documenting results in support of a planned building restoration, renovation and recommendations for modernization of the building and systems, and rehabilitation of the interior to improve the health and safety of the interior environment for residents of the city of Pittsburgh.
