Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development in order to receive a grant award in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED AND TWO THOUSAND ($402,000.00) dollars for the purpose of renovating the Jefferson Recreation Center and the adjacent park in the City of Pittsburgh. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh: ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO ($192,000.00) dollars from the Jefferson Recreation Center Rehabilitation (JDE 4550100519 BOND) and TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND ($210,000.00) dollars from the Jefferson Playground - Site/Accessibility Upgrades (JDE 4510020119 PAYGO) line items in the City of Pittsburgh's 2019 Capital Budget. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400273.45505.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, and expenditures not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED AND TWO THOUSAND ($402,000.00) dollars...
