Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts in a form authorized by the City Solicitor in order to provide compensation in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account Code: 11101.420000.54.54105.2019 $300,000.00.

Section 2.                     The City Controller shall encumber funds, subject to the amount of funds appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:
