Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

The Mayor is authorized, pursuant to City Code Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”), to accept an in kind donation of various holiday décor and supplies from Highwood’s Properties (owners of PPG Place) valued at $8,000.00 for the purpose of the transition of the annual Light Up Night Gingerbread House Display to the City-County Building in 2019.
