Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 233 of 2019, which amended Resolution No. 149 of 2015, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an agreement or agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC (“eDocs”) for licensing services and maintenance and support services, to amend language in previous amendment as new projects, which increased the not to exceed amount by Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollar and No Cents ($79,760), are adding to existing Scope of Work and not adding services or signatories to the contract.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 233 of 2019, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution No. 149 of 2015, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an agreement or agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC ("eDocs") for licensing services and maintenance and support services, to update the Scope of Work and to add the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service as a signatory, at an additional cost not to exceed Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars and No Cents ($79,760.00).)” is here by amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Innovation and Performance and Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements with eDocs in order to continuing licensing OnBase Information Management; to license additional equipment; to purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system; and adding seventy nine thousand seven hundred sixty dollars and zero cents ($79,760.00) for existing services of eDocs support and development at $155/hour for 2019 for the Department of Finance at an amount not to exceed fifty thousand eight hundred forty dollars and zero cents ($50,840.00), and for 2019 for the Department of Human Resources at an amount not to exceed twenty-eight thousand nine hundred twenty dollars and zero cents ($28,920.00). The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Nine Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars and No Cents ($900,785.00) over a period not to exceed five (5) years and shall be payable from the following accounts, subject to the appropriation of City Council in respective budget years:

Section 2. The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
