Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute relevant Agreements or Contracts and expenditures with the Pirates Charities in order to receive a grant award in the amount of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars for the purpose of renovating Dinan Field, AKA Officer Kelly Memorial Field, located in the 10th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh. Additionally, the City will provide matching funds in the form of in-kind services valued at $10,000.00 offered by the City of Pittsburgh. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400272.48311.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, and expenditures at a cost not to exceed TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars, additionally, the City will provide matching funds in the form of in-kind services valued at $10,000.00 offered by the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of renovating Dinan Field, AKA Officer Eric Kelly Memorial Field, located in the 10th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, and under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh ...
