Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $4,545.19, in favor of Rental Carz of Western MD, Inc., ATTN:  Lynda Fisher, President, 15812 National Hwy SW, Cumberland, MD 21502 for damage to a rental vehicle from an accident with a City PW dump truck near 1621 Saw Mill Run Blvd., on November 8, 2018, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2019.
