Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission in order to receive a grant award of twenty-two thousand ($22,000) for the architectural inventory of historic structures in the Oakland neighborhood of the City. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the account 1129400269.45505.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000), for the architectural inventory of historic structures in the City under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400269.50000.00.

In addition, The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed twenty-two thousand ($22,000) dollars cash ...
