Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution No. 149 of 2015, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief & Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance and/or the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements or to adopt Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CoStars agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC ("eDocs") in order to continuing licensing OnBase Information Management software modules; to license additional equipment, and purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system. The total cost shall not exceed $821,025.00 over a five year period." is here by amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Innovation and Performance, Finance, and Human Resources & Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements with eDocs in order to continuing licensing OnBase Information Management; to license additional equipment; to migrate data from Sharepoint to OnBase; to migrate historical payroll data to OnBase; and to purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system.
