Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized to submit a Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund grant application, and all of the understandings and assurances contained therein, to the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries for the renovation of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Library for the Blind & Physically Handicapped.

Section 2.                     The Director of Finance is designated as the official City representative to act in connection with the application and provide additional information as may be required.
