Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to apply for grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC)’s Community Infrastructure and Tourism Fund and, in the event this grant is awarded, execute relevant agreements  with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County in order to receive a grant award not to exceed TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars to replace the Robert E. Williams Community Center.
