Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to apply for a grant with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County’s Community Infrastructure and Tourism Fund, and in the event this grant is awarded, execute relevant agreements with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County in order to receive a grant award not to exceed TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars to expand and redevelop Homewood Park located in Council District nine in the City of Pittsburgh.
