Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department on Finance and the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute all relevant documents to transfer to PennDOT, certain public right-of-way on certain property of the 22nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to secure the right-of-way for the West Ohio Street Bridge construction project. This conveyance is identified in the plan attached as Exhibit A.
