Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with consultants and/or service providers for professional services in connection with Civil Service and MPOETC required assessment and evaluation of Public Safety candidates, and providing for payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $160,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts in a form authorized by the City Solicitor in order to provide compensation in the amount of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account Code: 11101.53.53901.109000.2019 - $160,000.00, Item number 22222-30.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the
following chart account:

Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
