Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Pittsburgh Three Rivers Marathon, Inc. of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17.500.00) to be deposited into the Public Safety Support Trust Fund account 2102906500.48106.00.
