Resolution amending Resolution No. 574, approved July 25, 2000, "providing for the implementation of a Residential Sticker Parking Program in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549" so as to amend the streets and remove addresses included in Area "K".

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The first paragraph of Section 1 of Resolution No. 574, approved July 25, 2000, which paragraph provides for the parking management plan for in Area "T" and which presently reads as follows:
Starting at the intersection of Malvern Avenue and Fair Oaks Street, along both sides of Malvern Avenue to its intersection with Plainfield Street. Starting at the intersection of Malvern Avenue and Fair Oaks Street, along both sides of Fair Oaks Street to its intersection with Robin Road. Starting at the intersection of Plainfield Street and Inverness Street, along both sides of Plainfield Street to its intersection with Forbes Avenue. Starting at the intersection of Northumberland Street and Schenley Road, along both sides of Northumberland Street to its intersection with Frew Street and from its intersection with Frew Street along the north side of Northumberland Street to its intersection with Forbes Avenue. Starting at the intersection of Northumberland and Forbes Avenue, along both sides of Forbes Avenue from Northumberland Street to its intersection with Margaret Morrison Street and on the east side of Forbes Avenue from Margaret Morrison Street to its intersection with Beeler Street. Starting at the intersection of Forbes Avenue and Beeler Street, along both sides of Beeler Street to its intersection with Wilkins Avenue. Starting at the intersection of Unger Lane and Beeler Street, along both sides of Unger Lane to its dead end. Starting at the intersection Beelermont Place with Beeler Street, along both sides of Beelermont Place to its dead end. Starting at the intersection of Forbes Avenue and Devon Road, along both sides of Devon Road to its dead end at Warwick Terrace, and starting at the intersection of Devon Road and Warwick Terrace, along both sides of Warwick Terrace to its dead end. Starting at the intersection of Squirrel Hill Avenue and Northumberland Street, along both sides of Squirrel Hill Avenue to its intersection with Fair Oaks Street. Starting at the intersection of Northumberland Street and Forbes Avenue, along both sides of Northumberland Street to Bennington Avenue and Murdoch Street. Starting at the intersection of Bennington Avenue and Maynard Street, along both sides of Bennington Avenue to Northumberland Street. Starting at the intersection of Maynard Street and Squirrel Hill Avenue, along both sides of Maynard Street to Inverness Street. Starting at the intersection of Inverness and Plainfield Street, along both sides of Inverness Street to Northumberland Street. Starting at the intersection of Inverness Street and Maynard Street, along both sides of Inverness to Fair Oaks Street. Starting at the intersection of Wilkins Avenue and Frew Street Beeler Street, along both sides the west side of Wilkins Avenue to its intersection with Fair Oaks Street. Starting at the intersection of Darlington Court and Darlington Road, along both sides Darlington Court to its dead end. Starting at the intersection of Wilkins Avenue and Fair Oaks Street, along both sides of Fair Oaks Street to its intersection with Inverness Street. Starting at the intersection of Aylesboro Avenue and Forbes Avenue, along both sides of Aylesboro Avenue to its intersection with Murdock Street. Also included are all corner properties identified on the attached map.
