Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $4,565.00, in favor of Daniel Bendas for damage to the sidewalk and driveway of his residence at 4345 McCaslin Street, Pittsburgh, 15217 from a City PW high lift removing ice buildup from a PWSA water main break on January 3, 2018, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2019.  Item No. 11111-44.
