Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Benter Foundation. This funding will support the Imagination Library program for the City of Pittsburgh through the Dollywood Foundation providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Benter Foundation in order to receive a grant award in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for the purpose of supporting the Imagination Library Program for the City of Pittsburgh. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400260.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dollywood Foundation, Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00 dollars for the purposes of supporting the Imagination Library Program for the City of Pittsburgh under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Benter Foundation chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400260.50000.00.
