Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Dolan Consulting Group in the amount of Nine-Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($9,950.00) for verbal de-escalation training for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, chargeable to and payable from 2300246900.53301.00.
