Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) in favor of Kathleen Kasunick, and her attorneys, Elliott and Davis, 425 First Avenue, 1^st Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged property damages as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 15-021678 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2019; Item Number 11111-44.
