Resolution amending Resolution No. 878, effective December 21, 2018 entitled: Resolution authorizing the fee schedule for 2019 pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code so as to replace the attached fee schedule and update the effective date.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The fees for permits, licenses, and inspections are hereby incorporated for the 2019 fiscal year.

Section 2.                     The effective date of the Resolution shall be upon passage by City Council and retroactively effective to January 1, 2019

Section 3.                     Pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code, the fees that are codified in the code are amended to incorporate the new fees hereby established in the 2019 fee book.
