Resolution amending Resolution No. 701, effective November 2, 2015, to now read as follows:
"Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with PENNDOT under which PENNDOT will make improvements to and transfer Industrial Highway, approximately 1.2 miles of roadway, to the City, and the City will transfer to PENNDOT two current City street segments, those street segments being: 1) Euclid Avenue from Baum Boulevard to Centre Avenue, approximately 347 feet; and 2) Centre Avenue from Euclid Avenue to Highland Avenue, approximately 1,017 feet."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
Resolution No. 701, effective November 2, 2015, which presently reads as follows:
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with PennDOT under which PennDOT will make improvements to and transfer Industrial Highway, approximately 1.2 miles if road, to the City, and the City will transfer to PennDOT, three current City street segments, those streets being: 1) Euclid Avenue from Baum Boulevard to Centre Avenue, approximately 350 feet; 2) Centre Avenue from Euclid Avenue to Highland Avenue, approximately 970 feet; and 3) Steuben Street, from point on Steuben Street identification Station point 139+77 to Cross Street, approximately 347 feet, In Addition, Provost Road, from Weyman Road to Stewan Avenue, is approximately 970 feet is to be paved by PennDOT and remain a City asset; the exchange of properties is mutually beneficial to the parties and will enable both the City and PennDOT to better manage and maintain their roadways.
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with PENNDOT under which PENNDOT will make improvements to and transfer Industrial Highway, approximately 1.2 miles of roadway, to the City, and the City will transfer to PENNDOT two current City street segments, those street segments being: 1) Euclid Avenue from Baum Boulevard to Centre Avenue, approximately 347 feet; and 2) Centre Avenue from Euclid Avenue to Highland Avenue, approximately 1,017 feet.
Section 2.
In all other respects, Resolution No. 701, effective November 2, 2015, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
