Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Willis Towers Watson for services related to supporting the City with development and negotiation of employee benefits that are provided to City employees for a sum not to exceed One Million One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($1,116,000.00) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts, subject to appropriation by City Council:

 

$273,000 payable from Account 11101.109000.52.52101.2019

$277,000 payable from Account 11101.109000.52.52101.2020

$281,000 payable from Account 11101.109000.52.52101.2021

$285,000 payable from Account 11101.109000.52.52101.2022

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
