Resolution directing the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to seek City Council approval for any and all transit options through Junction Hollow in Schenley Park.
Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby resolves:
Section 1. PURPOSE
A. The Department of Mobility and Infrastructure shall seek approval from City Council prior to implementing any transit option through Junction Hollow in Schenley Park.
B. Prior to seeking approval, the Department must:
a. Work with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority to verify the effectiveness of the 4 Mile Run Stormwater Management project, and;
b. Present all plans relating to transit to the affected communities.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE
A. The effective date of this Resolution shall be considered to be immediately upon being signed by the Mayor, after being finally passed by City Council.
