Resolution amending Resolution 742, effective November 9, 2018, Resolution providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 2017 Community Development Block Grant Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories, so as to reprogram funds from the City Council budget: "Northside Senior Center " (-$2,500.00) and Northside Senior Programming (-$2,500.00) to transfer funds to Allegheny Mountain USA Boxing (+$5,000.00)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
Resolution No. 742, effective November 9, 2018, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2017 Community Development Block Grant Program:

Mayor's Office 315,000.00
Parks & Recreation 750,000.00
Permits Licenses & Inspections 214,757.90
Personnel & Civil Service ,785,242.10

Urban Redevelopment Authority 4,604,400.00
TOTAL 12,754,743.00
