Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 862 of 2018, effective 01-01-2019, entitled, “Resolution fixing the number of officers and employees of the City of Pittsburgh for the 2019 fiscal year, and the rate of compensation thereof, and setting maximum levels for designated positions.” by deleting the position of Administrative Aid in the Department of Public Safety Administration and Adding position titled Stop the Violence Coordinator on page 238 and 239 of the 2019 Operating Budget.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 862 of 2018, effective 01-01-2019 is hereby amended in Section 5 as follows:
PP 238
Delete Administrative Aid 20E, positions from 1 to 0, salary from $52,478 to $0
Add Stop the Violence Coordinator 24E, positions from 0 to 1, salary $0 to $62,026
PP 239
Increase Vacancy Allowance by ($10,169) from (92,189) to (102,358)
Section 2. Further correcting a technical entry error on page 196 within the department of Human Resources to accurately reflect the result of the Vacancy Allowance line item on Page 195.
Section 3. The Office of Management and Budget and Council Budget Office shall make the necessary revenue neutral changes to the budget documents.
Section 4. The effective date of this amendment shall be considered January 1, 2019.
