Resolution amending Resolution 755 of 2018, entitled “authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for services rendered by Clean Team employees within the South Side PED” so as to increase the contract amount not to exceed eighty-eight thousand, nine hundred and eighty-one dollars ($88,981.00) and extend the agreement to April 30, 2019.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1: Resolution amending Resolution 755 of 2018, entitled “authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for services rendered by Clean Team employees within the South Side PED” so as to increase the contract amount not to exceed eighty-eight thousand, nine hundred and eighty-one dollars ($88,981.00) and extend the agreement to April 30, 2019.
Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership in conjunction with Mydatt Services Inc, dba “Block by Block”.
Agreement will begin on September 5, 2018 and shall continue until [December 31, 2018] April 30, 2019.
Cost shall not exceed [fifty-one thousand, seven hundred and fifty-two dollars ($51,752.00)] eighty-eight thousand, nine hundred and eighty-one dollars ($88,981)
