Resolution accepting dedication of a portion of Street A (Wylie Avenue), and Street B, North and Street B, South (together Logan Street), Street C, North and Street C, South (together Fullerton Street) which are part of the Lower Hill Redevelopment District Roadway Plan as laid out in the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure Project No. 14103 Plans, in the 3rd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That dedication is accepted for public highway purposes (right-of-way only) of the roadway improvements located as follows, said dedication being described in the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure Project No. 14103 Plans on file in the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, such locations previously accepted by the City by Resolution No. 560 of 2013, and which are set forth in that certain Lower Hill Planned Development District Improvement Subdivision Site Plan No. 1 recorded at Plan Book Volume 281, Page 137 on September 23, 2015, in the Office of Recorder of Deeds of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
A. Description 1. A portion of Street A (as described at Resolution 560 of 2013, as modified herein), known as Wylie Avenue:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly corner of the intersection of Street A and Washington Place having the coordinate value of the Pennsylvania State Plane Coordinate System (South Zone) SPCS 83 of North 411420.1029 East 1344631.3249 thence; the following courses and distances:
1. N 70?20'03" E a distance of 8.25 feet having the coordinate value North 411422.8779 East 1344639.0897 thence;
2. N 62?40'08" E a distance of 414.26 feet having the coordinate value North 411613.0764 East 1345007.1037 TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence;
3. FROM THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING, N.62 40'08" a distance of 25.00' having the coordinate N411624.5542E 1345029.3129, thence;
