Resolution further amending Resolution No. 365, effective June 13, 2012, entitled "providing for an agreement/s, or use of existing agreements and/or a contract/s, or use of existing contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for City Council District 8 Neighborhood Needs Program and providing for the payment of the costs thereof", so as to rename District 8 DPW Projects to District 8 Intersection Improvements. Total cost of all projects is not to exceed $134,924.55.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk and/or the Office of Management & Budget, and or the Director of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s), or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement(s) or use existing Agreements, or professional services agreement or agreements for various projects payable from the City Council District 8 Neighborhood Needs: JDE Job #0141008012 as per the Revised Budget column:
