Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements to make a payment to the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh for repairing, improving and/or replacing of the roof at of the property located at 6 Allegheny Square East, for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Dollars ($184,000.00).

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

$184,000.00 from 4026751116.54207.00

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
