Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The first paragraph of Section 1 of Resolution No. 165, approved March 22, 2002, which paragraph provides for the parking management plan for in Area "F" and which presently reads as follows:
Within an area starting at an intersection of Cedar Avenue and West North Avenue along Cedar Avenue to its intersection with Pressley Street. Starting at the intersection of Moravian Street and East North Avenue along Moravian Street to its intersection of Moravian Street and East Ohio Street. Starting at the intersection with Pressley Street and Moravian Way along Moravian Way to Lockhart Street. Starting at the intersection of James Street and Hemlock Street along James Street to its intersection with East Ohio Street.
