Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh regarding the Library’s use of the $750,000 in Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation grant monies for the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh to renovate the Mt. Washington Library.  Reimbursement Invoices will be submitted to the Department of Finance and shall be paid out of the Grants Trust Fund: 0729400255.50000.00.
