Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority will undertake green stormwater infrastructure projects in coordination with City Planning and other relevant City departments, and in accordance with the City’s Stormwater Alternative Compliance Policy. Project reimbursements shall be invoiced to the City by December 31, 2020, and shall not exceed Five-Hundred Thousand ($500,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the Stormwater Management Trust Fund as follows:
