Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University for the purpose of assisting the City in developing an informational platform and providing technical assistance to support community organization in preparation of the Registered Community Organization program at a cost not to exceed $24,010.00.
Section 2. Monies used for the Agreement with Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University in furtherance of the Registered Community Organization program will be chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
