Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) in favor of Donna R. Sciulli and her attorneys, Samuel L. Mack and Luxenberg, Garbett, Kelly & George, P.C., 315 N. Mercer Street, New Castle, PA 16101, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at A.R. 17-004348 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2018; Item Number 11111-44.
