The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-H, Residential Single-Unit Attached, High Density District to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, all that certain property identified as:
Block Number 124-J, Lot Numbers 281, 282, 283, 295, 298, 299, 300, 301, 302, 304, 305, 306; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 12th Ward.
Section 2.
Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-H, Residential Single-Unit Attached, High Density District to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, all that certain property identified as:
Block Number 124-K, Lot Numbers 162 and 163; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 12th Ward;
Section 3.
Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-H, Residential Single-Unit Attached, High Density District to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District, all that certain property identified as:
Block Number 124-N, Lot Numbers 358 and 375; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 12th Ward;
