Resolution amending Resolution No. 149 of 2015, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an agreement or agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC ("eDocs") for licensing services and maintenance and support services, to include OnBase Application Enabler at an additional cost not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Chief of the Department of Innovation and Performance and/or the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements or to adopt Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CoStars agreements with eDocs in order to continuing licensing Onbase Information Management; to license additional equipment; to license Onbase Application Enabler; and purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system. The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Eight Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Twenty Five Dollars ($846,025.00) over a period of five (5) years and shall be payable from the following accounts, subject to the appropriation of City Council in respective budget years:
