Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Acting Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an Agreement with Verizon Enterprise Solutions for the purpose of providing the city with Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) communications services over a five year term.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Acting Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement, Agreements or Amendments with Verizon Enterprise Solutions for the purpose of providing Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) communications services, equipment, training and support.
Section 2. The cost for services for 2018 shall not to exceed $22,149.00, chargeable to and payable from the following JDE account: 11101.103000.55.55201.2018.
Section 3. For budget years 2019-2022, funds shall be allocated to the Department of Innovation and Performance during the normal budget process based on actual usage and anticipated need and shall be paid from the following accounts:
2019: 11101.103000.55.55201.2019
2020: 11101.103000.55.55201.2020
2021: 11101.103000.55.55201.2021
2022: 11101.103000.55.55201.2022
Section 4. Said Agreement, Agreements, or Amendments shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
Section 5. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
